These Terms of Service govern your use of MagicBox Events' website and services. Please read them carefully — they explain your rights and responsibilities when booking or using our services.
MagicBox Events Pvt Ltd ("MagicBox", "we", "us", or "our") provides event planning, wedding planning, MICE and related services. By using our website, contacting us, or booking services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
We offer event management, wedding planning, travel/honeymoon planning, corporate MICE services, entertainment booking and gifting solutions. Specific inclusions, timelines and pricing will be listed in quotations and contracts provided to you.
You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have authority to enter into these Terms. The Agreement remains in effect for the duration set out in your booking or until the service is completed, subject to termination per these Terms.
MagicBox may suspend or terminate services for breach of these Terms or for other lawful reasons. Refunds, if any, will be governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy below.

All MagicBox materials, branding, images and website content remain MagicBox's property. When you provide User Content (photos, text, event details), you grant MagicBox a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content for the purpose of providing the services, promoting our work (with attribution when appropriate) and for internal use.
You confirm you own or have rights to share any content you supply and you will not upload infringing or unlawful material.
Do not use our services or submit content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or infringes intellectual property rights. Do not use our services for commercial activities not agreed in writing. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content and suspend access.
Bookings are confirmed only after acceptance of the quotation and receipt of the required advance payment. Quoted prices are valid for the period specified in your quote. Taxes, venue charges and third-party fees may apply and will be shown on invoices.
We aim to be fair and transparent. Refunds depend on timing, vendor commitments and work already completed.
Standard cancellation timeline (example):
Force Majeure: If an event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government orders, pandemic restrictions, etc.), we will attempt to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, we will provide a refund after deducting any non-recoverable vendor expenses.
Vendor costs: Some refunds may be reduced or withheld to cover third-party non-refundable vendor charges (venues, artists, flights, accommodation, permits). We will provide an itemized explanation where possible.
How to request a refund: Contact info@mbevents.in with your booking reference and details. We will acknowledge within 5 business days and process refunds subject to the above terms.
Any promotional offers have separate terms that will specify eligibility, the information collected, and how prizes or benefits are issued. Participation implies acceptance of those terms.
We may use trusted third-party providers (payment processors, analytics, vendors) to deliver services. These providers have their own privacy and security practices. We use cookies and analytics to improve user experience; no sensitive information is stored in cookies.
Where third parties process your data, we require them to maintain adequate safeguards.

Our services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. MagicBox disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent allowed.
Except where prohibited by applicable law, MagicBox's liability for any claim related to services or the website will be limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold MagicBox harmless from claims, losses or liabilities arising from (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your negligence or willful misconduct, or (c) claims related to content you submit.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute arises, please contact us first at info@mbevents.in. Where amicable resolution is not possible, disputes will be referred to the courts in Delhi, India, unless otherwise required by law.
Any claim must be filed within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim, unless local law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms occasionally. We will post the updated Terms on our website and indicate the effective date. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force.
